Do you accept returns?

Yes. To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is packed securely and sealed properly before mailing it back to us.

We are not responsible for lost mails.


How do I return my item?

Do mail the item back to us, in the condition stated above. We are unable to guarantee that
we have received your item via a non-trackable mailing/shipping service.

You are also welcome to drop by our physical store to return your item. Do drop us a message before doing so.

If you have bought the item online, and have arranged for self-collection at our physical store, you are able to return the item on the spot.


Can I get a refund for returns?

We apologise, but we are unable to provide refunds for returning your item.
However, you are welcome to exchange your item for another size or store credits. Do note

that these store credits will only be valid for 6 months.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, you are able to exchange your item for another size or store credits. Kindly note that an
exchange for another size is subjected to stock availability, and that store credits will only be valid for 6 months.

All exchanges must be done within 10 working days from the day that the parcel was
delivered. If more than 10 days have gone by since the parcel was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange.

Do note that $2.00 will be deducted off every apparel returned due to the payment
transaction fee and subsidised delivery rate, which was offered for your initial purchase. We are not responsible for lost mails.

The item must also be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed). Do ensure the item
is packed securely and sealed properly before mailing it back to us. Exchanges for items which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.

Do keep in mind that sales items are strictly non-exchangeable.
