Return & Exchange
All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchangeable if the item is defected. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Returns & Exchanges are based on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all three conditions will be duly declined.
Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please note that all exchanges have to be mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
